I'm tempted...
...to blow off school and get a jump on cutting up my latest and most glorious pile of t-shirts. Oh, thank you, Salvation Army! Why do I love this stuff so much??
...to abandon my second-started ripple blanket that 'matches' our bedding in favor of a more exciting color palette that clashes with the room but is much more fun to work on--and has a much greater chance of seeing completion.
...to dive deep into the waters of inspiration and spend the rest of the day surfing the Internet and cataloging my favorites. I blame this rug, this purse, this red, this patchwork, this room....
...to call in sick to all the things we need to do today and spend the day working on things that bring back the color.
Let the dishes and dustballs be damned. And it's not even officially the weekend yet.
